Shipping policy
Order Processing Times - Order processing times will vary depending on the vendor and seasonal delays. General timelines may be:
- Art of Where = 5 - 7 business days
- Dreamship = 5 - 7 business days
- Le Galeriste = 10 - 14 business days
- Simply Jaena Made (in stock items) = 3 - 4 business days
Standard shipping method is the default shipping method for all carriers. Express delivery may be an option for select products.
Shipping Rates - All shipping rates are weight based and displayed during the checkout process. Customer is responsible for any additional customs, duties, and taxes (or other import fees) on international orders.
Simply Jaena Made is not responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged packages. Customer should contact the corresponding shipping carrier for compensation.
Simply Jaena Made will provide free return shipping on any qualified return in accordance with the Returns/Refund Policy.
